At the heart of my practice is a deep compassion for women and the various life transitions they experience. This is why I specialise in women’s health, particularly supporting women through menopause. I also work with clients to improve sleep, balance hormones, and enhance overall wellbeing.

What is Holistic Therapy?

Holistic therapy works with the interconnection between physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance.  It emphasises treating the individual as a whole rather than focusing solely on specific symptoms or illnesses. It encourages Individuals to take an active role in their own healing journey, promoting self-awareness and encouraging lifestyle changes that support overall health and wellbeing.

Holistic therapy can help with a wide range of conditions by addressing the underlying causes. Techniques used can help alleviate chronic diseases, can improve digestive conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and Crohn’s disease, It’s also really beneficial in helping with insomnia and other sleep-related problems and can help manage symptoms of menopause, thyroid issues, and menstrual irregularities.
