I am passionate about supporting and nurturing my clients on their unique wellness journeys.  Specialising in women’s health, I offer personalised treatments that address both physical and emotional needs, helping women navigate life’s transitions.

My commitment is to support every client, of every age and gender, with any aspect of their health and well-being. I create a relaxed, open and compassionate space at my home in Totterdown or at the Alma Vale Centre in Clifton.

The Journey So Far

Having worked in corporate HR roles for over 20 years, I reached a point in my life where I wanted more fulfilment and balance. I first discovered reflexology a few years ago having experienced first hand the benefits of reflexology, and my body’s natural healing response to it – I became intrigued to say the least! 

It was this fascination that helped me make the decision to do something different and decided to re skill in holistic therapies, starting with reflexology. Facial Acupressure soon followed, along with learning how to work with clients’ energy.

Talking of energy… I get my energy from working with people, helping people and seeing the difference a treatment can make to someone. This is what I love to do and what I am most passionate about.

Being a woman myself, I know how difficult it can be to navigate hormonal changes, and those pivotal moments in life where we move from one phase to the next. That is why I chose to specialise in all areas of women’s health with a particular interest in menopause, which I have done additional training in.

I also work with clients who are experiencing stress, anxiety and depression, sleep issues and chronic illness. These are just some of the areas that I work with clients on, however, I see clients for a range of other reasons too.

Experience

I have been practising since 2021 and have grown and developed my skills and expertise in that time to expand into other areas of complementary therapy. I embed my learning through practical experience, mentoring and continuous development. 

My years of experience in HR, working with people, has given me valuable insights and skills, but more importantly, the empathy and compassion that is so vitally important, and that I show to all my clients.

Approach

My approach is to help clients improve their overall health and well-being, whether this be on a physical, mental or spiritual level.  I work intuitively, with the body’s energy, looking to balance, restore, relax and heal the body overtime.  There is nothing more satisfying to me than seeing the difference alternative therapy can make! 

I am also  very conscious of the environmental impact. All of my waxes, balms, face cleansers and oils are made from sustainable and natural ingredients. I am and eco-friendly therapist and do everything I can to re-use, reduce and recycle.

What is Reflexology

Have you ever wondered what reflexology is and what it actually does for your body?! 🧐👀🧠
It’s a complementary therapy that works specific reflex points on the feet (and the hands and face too). All of our organs and areas of the body are reflected in the feet, so, when gentle pressure is applied to these areas and time is spent working specific points, the body and mind go in to a deeper state of relaxation.
The relaxation you get through reflexology can help with many things like, reducing stress, releasing endorphins, improving circulation, calming the nervous system, and improving your sleep.
The holistic nature of reflexology means that it works with the inter-connectedness of the body and mind, aiming to support the body’s natural ability to heal itself and maintain balance.
