Cancellation Policy for Nicci Morris Holistic Therapy
At Nicci Morris Holistic Therapy I am committed to providing you with the best possible care and respect your time and commitment to your health and well-being. To ensure that I can serve all my clients effectively, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice
I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me sufficient time to offer the appointment to another client and to also avoid room cancellation charges.

Please ensure you provide your full name, appointment date, and time when requesting a cancellation or reschedule.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the treatment.
No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
Exceptions
I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you are unable to provide 48 hours’ notice due to a genuine emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
Repeated Cancellations
Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments with short notice may be required to pre-pay for future sessions to secure their booking.
